Shipping Evidence for WooCommerce reads the shipping data saved with an order and presents it in a read-only panel on the WooCommerce order editor. It helps store managers answer support questions with the evidence already on the order.
The panel shows the method title and IDs, shipping total, tax amount, recognizable carrier or rate metadata, shipping destination, and products. It labels fields as Present, Not stored, or Unknown. It never guesses a carrier, service, or rule from a method name.
Copy or download a TXT or JSON support report for one order. Reports omit customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and street addresses. Postcodes are masked. You can include other compatible shipping-line fields in each report; the default is off.
This plugin reads orders through WooCommerce APIs and supports HPOS and legacy storage. It makes no shipping-provider requests, changes no orders, stores no report copies, and sends no telemetry.
Carrier, service, rule, package, and quote details appear only if the shipping extension saved recognizable data on the WooCommerce shipping line. Extensions that keep calculation evidence in logs or remote systems will not expose it here.

- Install and activate WooCommerce.
- Upload and activate Shipping Evidence for WooCommerce.
- Open WooCommerce > Orders and select an order.
- Expand Shipping Evidence to review the order and create a report.

Does this calculate or change shipping rates?

No. It reads the saved order and shipping-line data. It does not call carriers, recalculate rates, buy labels, or update orders.

Will it show every carrier or table-rate rule?

Only when the shipping extension saved a recognizable value on the order’s shipping line. The panel labels missing values and does not infer the carrier or rule.

Is HPOS supported?

Yes. The plugin uses WooCommerce order objects and declares HPOS compatibility. It also supports the legacy order editor.

What customer details are included in reports?

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and street addresses are excluded. Full postcodes are never included. You can choose to show a masked prefix in the panel and report.

Are report copies stored or sent to a service?

No. Copy and download actions run in the browser. The plugin does not save report history or make remote requests.
