Since Permalinks that contain Cyrillic may cause problems on some server setups, this plugin will work around this problem by updating the automatic Post Slug generation code. In this way, posts which have a title in Cyrillic will have permlinks transliterated in Latin characters.

Diegimas

Upload cyr2lat-slugs.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

After I type post’s Title and start typing the post’s text WP shows encoded characters in the Permalink field: You need to save your post by clicking Save or Publish button in order for Cyr2Lat Slugs to transliterate the slug.
