I've been keeping using this plugin for a long while by now. It saves me a lots of time. It doesn't add million extra features you don't need, doesn't make a mess in your database, no upsells (just optional donations) - but does the job simply and effectively. So use it and donate!

I so wanted to give this 5 stars. For a beginner to WordPress this was great for me. It generated a child theme from my active theme and made it easy to activate. Then I poked around more and noticed that a couple of design areas did not carry over to the child theme. I'm still working on getting them back. They are in the parent theme still but not child. For a beginner this is a challenge for me. I think once bugs are worked out, this will be a 5-Star plugin.

It does what it says on the tin. I had some trouble locating the plugin after activation, I had not expected it to be in Settings. Tools (or perhaps even Appearances) would have been a more logical spot in my opinion. The code needs attention. There are several deprecated static calls to non-static methods and several undefined variables. This won't be obvious during normal use, only when you have debugging enabled. All in all a good plugin and with some polishing of the code it would certainly be worth 5 stars. Edit: I welcome the author or anyone else to contact me should they feel this review is incorrect or if they woud like for me to have another look at a newer version of the plugin.

Works perfectly and does exactly what you want it to do. A high benchmark for other plugins to reach. Well done!
