I've tested most of the alternatives to be able to manage mails in a "ticket form", to manage replies from WordPress, and this is the best available solution. IMHO, even better than most of the premium / paid plugins available.

Installed, forms look terrible out of the box. Did a test ticket, page not found error. The plugin does not even create the necessary 'ticket' page to view the ticket as the customer. It really looks like they did not test this even once in finality before publishing it. Zero responsibility or quality control - the problem with most plugins on WP - great logos, fake reviews, and a bugged up, inefficient, frustrating plugin.

MyCatchers is a great tool for creating and submitting support requests. The team is very responsive to requests for support and have added functionality for us including reading IMAP messages from Office365. The features offered can be used to automate many tasks and help us to work very efficiently. The pro version offers great value for money when you consider the houirs of work it saves. Highly recommended!

I struggled a long time finding the right solution for me. Also tried some ticket systems - for WordPress and standalone. The most were just too complex, too much setup, too much in the background. With this plugin (I am using already the Pro) it is kept reduced to the point: the tickets itself. Setup mailaccount and then you are ready to go. I am using it in a small company with three people, but the most important part for me was the mail-piping and so nothing project-related gets lost again. ...a nice sideeffect is to see WHAT to do next due the ticket-marker (read, unread, outstanding) ... with more than 50 mails per day I often get lost. Keep up the work! Thank you.

Very Good Support, we had some trouble importing tickets via email which was resolved by the support. It is an excellent help desk and does what it is supposed to do. I have tried many over the years and this is the best.
